What do the packages cost?
Each package has a fixed yearly price excluding VAT. The price is on the package's own page, and if you buy all three you get a 20% bundle discount. See the packages
Do we have to buy all three?
No. Each package can be bought on its own. The bundle discount applies when you buy all three.
Is anything sent without our approval?
Quotes are sent only once you have approved them. The follow-up of a sent quote goes out automatically after about 3, 7 and 14 days and stops when the customer replies. The review request is sent automatically when an invoice has been paid. Replies to reviews are drafts that you approve, and the Finance Package flags unusual invoices and asks for your approval.
Which systems do the packages connect to?
The Sales Package connects to Outlook or Gmail and to HubSpot or Pipedrive. You upload your price list and old quotes, or the items are fetched from Fortnox. The Google Package works from paid invoices in Fortnox.

How we calculate: hours per week ÷ 40 (a full-time week) × monthly salary × 12 × 1.3142. 1.3142 is the salary plus the full Swedish employer contribution of 31.42% for 2026. Pension, holiday pay and other staff costs are not included, so the real cost is usually higher.
