When are the follow-ups sent?

After about 3, 7 and 14 days, adapted to what the customer has written. They stop when the customer replies.

Which tools do we need?

Outlook or Gmail and HubSpot or Pipedrive. You upload your price list and old quotes, or the items are fetched from Fortnox.
